I recently bought a 2003 Rm 125. It doesnt seem like it is putting out enough power, I am almost positive i should be able to get it going faster. I just put in New clutch , Rear Spokes , V force reeds, Chain. But I cannot find out why I am not getting the full power out of this bike. Any tips on what i should do or replace? My Clutch also feels very lose. Please leave some tips.

Thanks.

Not sure, I bought the bike used. Was told by someone also I might need a rebuild. Its just reving high but not going all that fast. Now if im not mistakin a 125 should go faster then 50 mph. I honestly dont know much about jetting and i didnt put the reeds in so I cant say much there. But ill look into that.

Is the clutch properly adjusted or is it possibly slipping? As far as a 125 going faster than 50MPH, it may or may not depending on the gearing. Other possibilities besides poor jetting may be the powervalve not working correctly.

that bike should do 70. have a 99 rm 125 and it has no problems getting there with a little throttle left.
