Have them do a leak down test to check for airleaks. Although It doesn't look like a timing issue, ie, holes burnt in the piston, burned out rod bearings, it wouldn't hurt to have them take a timing light to it just to double check. I would also inspect your cooling system. I am not familiar with it on that bike but the manual will tell you what to do.
