I just bought a new 2001 KDX 200. Where I ride is at 7000 feet. They told me to re-jet the carb for the altitude after the bike had been broken in. Does anybody know where I can find a website that tells or shows in detail how to do this procedure ??? Thanks

It's the same procedure as always, but to save time, you can start by going 2 leaner on the pilot and main jet. You'll also need to raise the clip on the needle to the 1st or 2nd groove. Do a few plug chops and see how the bike feels. You can start with some rules of thumb, but you are going to have to follow-up and jet the bike for your specific location and riding style.
