I recently replaced my Throttle Valve in my 91 KDX250 with a 6mm (1 size leaner than stock) now my bike idles way higher and I can not get it to come down much. My idle screw doesn't really effect much at all. There is very little difference from having the screw all the way out or all the way in.
This is what I am running:
40 pilot
160 main
stock needle jet (2nd clip from top)
6 mm slide valve
stock expansion chamber and muffler
713 ft elevation
Also, I am experiencing a stumble in acceleration in my low-mid range. I was hoping the leaner slide would cure that. I haven't had much time to go through all the steps yet, but I am hoping the needle position will help with the bog. Anyone know what I should do to help with the idle? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks
