Ok, i got my bike going again! wahhaha
and found out something important, when jetting a bike, have lots of new plugs! because one day ur plug will start the bike up get it running okay the next day it can be dead and ur bike won't start :)
Still trying to jet this damn pig of a bike and am making some progress, the bike runs and revs in all throttle positions, unlike before but the reving is still not verry much at all like it should be the bike is still slow and sluggish going thru the gears.
last tried 2nd slot on needle #440 main, looks like gunna have to go with #430 main and try that but i did make progress, runs much better then with #450 main.
Ok since i'm gunna need some new sparkplugs to continue the jetting progress, Which one is best for a yz 490?
Currently use NGK BR8ES, for this bike is it better to use the ngk or champion plug? also the best gap for the sparkplug?
How low can i possibly have to stray from the stock #440 main jet? i guess the only way to do it is go from #440 to # 430 #420 etc untill it's right but damn it's expensive buying jets that are basically gunna be useless till i finds the right one.
and damn sparkplugs aint cheap either
