Do we have any Home Brewers heading to CooperLand? If so, Maybe we can all bring a sample of our finest and let the FE_Princess do a bit of taste testing for bargging rights... I hear she is a fine conisiour of BEER...

I've been known to make a brown ale that's pretty good.
Right now I'm trying to find the right recipe for a Mike's lemonade copy. I can hear all of you beer lovers groaning. But, that's where my taste buds are leading me right now.
I'm in!

Sheesh PK when I said we'd have a drink out of your cooler together at DW I didn't think it was going to have a little umbrella in it! :p :flame:

I got a jar of some clear stuff that my cousin gave me.

He said "pour three fingers and don't leave the porch". He wasn't kidding.

I poured four fingers, went temporarily blind, peed myself, hit on my neighbors wife and forgot my name for about six hours.......

I prefer to make IPAs....Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is the goal I aim toward. I haven't made any in 5 years, though. :(

Poor PK...He hasn't been right since Ponch and Jeff tag teamed him. :(

Looks like we do have some Homebrewers out there... Awesome ! We don't need any of that Umbrella stuff Papa or any flameable liquid courtesy of the moonshiners. Just some good-ole Homebrew.
That being said... Bust out the homebrew system and start brewing! Next we have to recruit a panel of judges.

Let's see...
PK - Brown Ale
Gomer - Indian Pale Ale
MXer - Indian Pale Ale, Samule Smith Oatmeal Stout and a Charmy Red Ale

Ahem, do I know you?
Sorry to interrupt...
IPA is the bomb. This year I think we'll just drag a keg out with us.

That was really scary for me to see.

Kewl FE ! If you know of a few other qualified Judges... let us know.

SFO - A Keg ! That must be one heck of a homebrew system to brew a batch that large.

I just brewed a Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout. (Finished at 3.9%abv) In three weeks the fermentation process should be complete. It will take two weeks to naturally carbonate it after bottling and then should be aged perfect for Cooperland.
:yeehaw:

I may do an Elm City Connecticut Ale next. It's a beer on the lighter side with a big hop punch... more of a summer beer.
