Honda Racing Corporation (HRC) debuted its CR Electric Proto dirt bike in competition over Halloween weekend of 2023 in its home country of Japan. Big Red assigned American Honda Motor Company Inc. team advisor and test rider Trey Canard to race the prototype electric motocrosser at the eighth round of the All Japan Motocross Championship at Off Road Village in Kawagoe, Saitama.
