Honda XL 200 R chain question

I have Honda XL 200 R, model from 1985, made for USA market and can't find cam chain tensioner and cam chain guide. Can I use parts from some other motorcycle?

Not that I know of. You should be able to still get those parts from a dealer. Try clicking on the Service Honda link on the left side of the page.
