This is the first time on this site. I'm hoping to get some answers on how to make my 2003 KDX 200 more powerful.

search function will get 100s of answers ..........i dont have a kdx or id love to help but i know their is a chapter called "canadian daves just kdx" give that a look :cool:

save a ton of money on aftermarket bolt on's and first, learn how to properly jet the bike. The KDX is way too rich from the dealer. Even before jetting, try removing the air snorkel for better breathing. Those two things will help get the bike's performance to a point that aftermarket stuff like pipes, reeds, etc. will matter.
