How does a KDX200/220 stack up to a XR250R in the woods?
The kdx's do have tons of bottom end grunt. Install a 12 tooth on the front and a torque pipe and you'll have all the lowend you'll need. The kdx's power is more comparable to the xr400 on mid/top. It gets up and goes. All of what woodsy said is true, and then some. I have never been happier with a bike than my kdx. IMO I would get the 200, lots more top and plenty enough grunt. In the long run you'll save money getting the 200. A few extra dollars and you'll have 220 lowend and 200 top wothout exceeding the 220 pricetag.
