I have asked this before, but I never was able to find what I needed........

I want to buy genuine keihin jets for my bikes online, since the kawasaki dealer is to stupid to even know what to order even after I told them what year the bike was, and what model the carb is.

I have a 2002 KX 500 and a 2002 KX 250.

The 500 has a keihin PWK39 carb
The 250 has a keihin PWK38S carb

I went to some websites that sold keihin jets, but I couldn't even friggin find the PWK carbs. What the heck do I need to search for there? I also couldn't find it searching by KX 250, etc.

Why is it so hard to get friggin jets??? :(

If someone could help me out here it would be very appreciated. Thanks.

Here's a link to the kehin jets you want to select from the list on the far right for PWK main jets and the middle column for the pilot jets.

Main Jets

Pilot Jets

Thank you soooooooooooooo much!!!!!!!

I do have a question though: I noticed that it doesn't list "PWK38S" or "PWK39", just lists "PWK". Does this mean that all PWK carbs use the same exact jets, just different sizes?

The only place I ever buy Keihin parts from anymore is Sudco. They have prices that are about 1/2 the cost of dealerships. For instance, needles for the PWK carbs are $5.75!! Dealerships get around $12.00 for them. They don't have online ordering, but you can phone in your orders and they are super cool on the phone. :)

I think Keihin main jets are the same for FCR and PWK carbs. Example: A 165 main out of an FCR carb is the same as a 165 main out of a PWK carb. I think the pilot jets are the same as well. So, all PWK carbs will use the same jets as well.
