Does anyone know how to adjust the rear brake pedal position on a 98 KDX 220?

I feel like the pedal is too high and I would like to lower it. I've played around with the bolt and nuts that connect the pedal to the master cylinder and all that seems to do is adjust the amount of play.

Any help or insight that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.

you first loosen the lock nut. Then to make the pedal lower, the lower nut screw that in. Lefty loosey, righty tightey.

When you get it adjusted where you want, tighten the jamb nut back down.

Matt - Thanks for the tip. I got it adjusted in the position just like I like it! The key was loosening the lock nut. Thanks again.
