I have a question about installing pilot jet in the PWK-35 carb. How hard do you screw it in? I've seen warnings about being gentle with jets, so when I installed a #45 pilot jet I screwed it in very lightly until I started feeling resistance. It does not feel like it is completely seated, i.e. I can definitely screw it in deeper but with some force. Main jet was simple - it has a definitive "seated" feel to it, but pilot jet does not, and I do not want to cause damage.
So (a) how deep do I screw it in, and (b) how will the bike run if it is not seated all the way?
Thanks for your help.
