Theres been times that i've went riding alone and got hurt really badly, that I needed to wait for someone to come to the track so that they can help me out. So get a riding buddy or get someone to watch you. That can also help you out. If you get a friend to watch you along with the other riders. He can tell you where ur faster or slower.
