Hyper-extended knee?

I would suggest putting ice on the underside of your knees where you probably tore some muscle and is sore and wear braces for awhile. Ask your sports therapy person for some exersizes to do, but if i remember correctly you can never get rid of hyperextension you can just strengthen your legs and knees to help avoid it.
