I'm not sure but if I think you have to upload the pic to your gallery then post the url with

tags around it.

There was a new rule enacted... I think today? That requires a new user to have a certain number of new posts before they can upload. This was to reduce the amount of spam that has been occurring.
I don't know the official number yet though. But don't worry it won't be 1000s or 100s maybe 10s? may be 3? Okie just wants to know that your a real interested person and not a spammer.

PS Welcome to DRN, if you like dirt bikes you did come to the right place.
