Hmmm. Some will come out fairly easy with a rubber mallet, but most of the old two strokes Ive done have required a case splitter.
I made one, out of 1/2 inch think square of aluminum, about 1 by 1 foot square....drilled and tapped a large threaded hole in the center that lines up with the crank shaft, and drilled small holes around it in the patern of the magneto cover.....then the idea is to secure the plate to the case with several LONG screws, and then put in a large bolt into the threaded hole that lines up with the crank...then turn the large bolt against the crank and it will come apart.
I guess someone probably sells something like this but I dont know. Im sure there are other tricks also....
