I hate IRC Tires!

Yeah went out to the local riding spot for a good 3 hour ride. Well 1/2 and hour into the ride the tire comes off the rim and blew my tube. First tire I have ever spun off a rim.

Anyhow, sucks for us. Short day. Cannot wait to get some new Maxxis tires again for the bike.

are you sure it was on there correct with the bead protector and correct air pressure, i got an IRC VE40 and love it

I have a VE33 rear right now and love it. Has been the longest wearing tire I've ever had.

I too run IRC M5B's on the rear the last a long time and hook up very well. What type IRC did you have?

I ran the M5B this year as well. Thought'd Id give it a try from my usual S 12 setup. The IRC wears good, but Iam starting to loose WHLOE knobs now. They arnt even wearing, they're just ripping right off flush with the rest of the tire! Im not sure I would buy another M5B. I prefer the S 12.
