I did run across a booby trap while riding on the logging trails up in Mendecino once. It was two metal stakes leaned up against two trees with a wire tied between them about handlebar high (the infamous "H/A" booby trap). My friends and I removed it and promptly returned to camp where we warned other riders camping in the area about what we had found. Several more were discovered over the course of the next couple of days and they were all promptly dismantled and disposed of (don't leave the parts lying about for those wackos to reuse). :moon: I liked seeing that Earth First Eviro Nazi Handbook, because now I know what to look for while out riding in my favorite and LEGAL riding areas.
