I'm A new rider need a bike

I'm a 14 year old kid who wants to get a dirtbike but im not sure what to get. I have never dirtbiked in my life. I also cant spend to much money. Can someone help me?

do you know how to use a clutch if so a ttr 125l would be a good bike can get one used for about $1000
