Any brand, model, sugestions? I've got a KX250, mostly MX riding on typical midwest type dirt. Intermediate type tire is probably best.

IRC M5B. Don't knock it till you try it. GREAT traction on any surface, the tread will last much longer than any tire you have had before, and it will save you some bucks!

Ditto on the Dunlop, but I've also heard some good things about the Michelins(sp?), the M-12 or the Starcross MS-12. I think you might want to lean towards the MS-12, it being a little bit more of an intermediate.

I've got the S-12 on the front and am quite happy w/it. Besides the good grip on multiple terrain, it's wearing really well. In fact, it's holding up a little better than my 752 on my rear.

mx547,
Well, I thought I'd make it back here to check out this place. Read over at FD that you had planned a practice (at Sunset?), where was my invite?
J/K!

I was just over at motocrossOK.com and they have posted the Oklahoma State Championship Series Flyer yesterday (12-18-2001). Ascot Park is the third race in the series (02-24-2002). Hickory Ridge will be the second to last race in the series (06-02-2002).

Are you going to the Guthrie Areancross?
