Indoor track in Kent

A friend is opening a indoor track in Kent soon. I'll let you all know when I hear a definate opening date.

What building/where? What type of track? For what skill level? Have any more details?

I'm hesitant to provide any details because I am having some doubts, but I'll keep everyone posted. I do know the proposed site, and construction of the track, and facilities has been estimated at almost $500,000. We'll see
