Im going to be installing new bearings in the swing arm and suspension linkage on my dads 96cr250. Is there any trick to this? I have a vice and a bushing driver. What is the best way to put the lower shock bearing in? I have a manuel by the way, but id like to make sure there isnt any tricks to this.

Do a search, you' find a lot of info on this subject. Some people freeze the bearing before installing. Can't hurt. Personally, I like to use a hydrolic press.
