Well i went to start up my yz125 today and the thing wouldnt start. I havent started it in 2 weeks. The gas is still good. So i checked the spark plug and it was fouled. Im guessing it was because i havent started the bike in a while. So i am thinking that if i take out the plug and cover the plug hole with a towel, would that be ok? :uh:

You don't have to do all that, just use a new plug and go from there.

but if i leave the bike alone for say another week or so will the plug foul again from letting it sit?

Sitting will not foul plugs, but if the bike is to sit for a while the carb should be drained. The easiest way to do this is to lay the bike over and let the gas run out of the carbs overflow line.
The fouling is probably attributal to not cleaning out the engine before shutting it off. I always rev my bike 2 or 3 times before loading back up after a ride to clean it out. Hope this helps.
