I don't know if any of you have heard or if any of you knew Peter Patton but he passed away doing what he loved, this is truly A sad day , out sport lost one of it's greatest members. Peter was a frequent poster on RMD so some may know how great of a guy he was, you can go to www.minnesotamotocross.com to see some of the pics of him giving his son 5 in the air, just shows that he was A good guy and A great dad!
leave a message for him, in his book Im sure he'll get it upstairs:)

This is terrible. Being from Minnesota, I've met Peter and his son Peter Jr. Peter was a class act all the way. I found my way to his website a few years back when I was just starting to ride. He was a great source of information and answered all of my silly newbie questions. It was evident that Peter truly loved this sport and really enjoyed sharing it with his family

Peter was a classic---one of a kind. :(

It hurts to hear this, I didn't know him and honestly, I never "read" him, but it's another brother lost and yet another sad day.

What I feel is for those he left... I'm sorry. I'm not sure what else to say.
