In User CP, select Edit Profile Picture
There, you can upload an image, pref 500x75, but no bigger than that will be accepted. 50K filesize limit.

Obviously, keep it clean and related to moto... no banner ads/spam.

This only works for Admins/Mods, STM's and Subscribers.

Signatures can be turned-off in User CP/Options.

Also note, you can elect NOT to display your sig when you post.

You have to have something in your sig for it to display... ie; no text in your sig, no image either.

That's the trade off to allow users to turn off the sig images.
