Jeff is back in Texas and practicing at our local tracks in preparation for the Supercross season. Not sure what series he's going to contest but he's looking good; real good. The most major MX facility in Houston, 3 Palms Extreme, (www.esetrackbuilders.com), has built a full tilt boogy limited access only Supercross track on which Jeff was giving a demonstration yesterday. 3 Palms is hosting a huge race this weekend called the US Dealers Challenge; so Jeff's demo was lined up for some entertainment. Anyway, I watched Jeff run two motos on the SX track, the second of which was 20 laps. You know, there are a lot of very fast amateures out there, but when you see a seasoned pro ride; you know it. The timing, finesse, corner speed, stamina; it's all there. Furthermore, Jeff is one of the nicest, most humble guys you'll ever meet. He's extremely personable and approachable. I'm not positive about his sponsors but he looks to be working very closely with Houston suspension guru, John Mitchell of JM racing. Best of luck to Jeff.
