Jeremy & All,
I was looking at my front fork compression valve stack to try and get some ideas for making it a bit more plush for HS racing. The left fork has a series of three 16mmx.15mm in a row within the stack. I was very surprised to find out that the right side fork only had two (ie had 1 less shim in the total stack!!!) Is this common or could this be just a manufacturing mistake? Its an 03-250f

Was wondering if you could tell me how many shims go after base washer (very thick shim for zero flex) to create the gap between it and the very thin 24mm dia shim. I mistakenly did not record this when disassembling. I believe it was the 11mmx.29mm only while the 11mmx.25mm goes on as the last shim on the HSC adjacent to the very thick washer. or do both 11mm shims go after the very thick washer.

Thanks.
