Jetting - 2002 KX 125

I have a friend (no really....I'm writing for a friend) with a 2002 KX125. He bought it new and it is all stock. The bike seems jetted real rich. He has been fouling plugs since day one. He rides at or close to sea level here on Long Island (NY). Can anyone suggest a jetting setup to start with?

you might not get a setting, but its best to try and work it out yourself and learn it. its not hard.

go buy some jets, start with the pilot circuit maybe one size smaller or even two.

then try adjusting the needle and then finally the main. you can make a lot of improvements with the pilot and the needle clip and you are not likely to sieze it up.
