Jetting 200EXC

I tried reading the "how to" on jetting, and i was more confused than when i started, so if someone could help me out, that would be great!!

I have a ktm 200exc with a FMF gnarly pipe, and turbinecore 2 silencer...and i mix my 87pump gas 40:1, if it matters

I am aprox. 815ft above sea level
