I've got 2 bikes I'm rejetting.. here's what they are:
-2001 KDX220r, which has stock jetting, air box lid removed, FMF pipe and silencer. The jetting in this thing sucks, it's boggy off idle. I'm sure someone here will have some jetting which will improve this situation on this bike. (Stock carb 33mm)
-2002 YZ250, stock jetting. This bike runs good, but could stand to go leaner judging from the piston and plug. I race hare scrambles and enduro's and full throttle operation is not how I ride. I find it chugs when at one solid throttle opening now.
We both ride at approx 600ft above sea level (Southern Ontario, Canada).
We are both planning a trip to Moab, Utah in April.. and I'm sure our jetting problems will be accompanied by numerous plugs if we don't pre-jet for this trip. Could I get some personal recommendations?
