2nd overall on the roughest track of the year against the toughest gate of 40 riders that i've seen in a long time, not too bad for a 35 year old vet.

What a great race. I really love Southwick and that sand, it just makes for some great racing. I wish I had a track like that near me, looks like FUN.

JD calls his KTM a John Deere tractor in post race interview, bet KTM management was happy about that. A non-sponsor gets a plug on the podium, oops! Or was the cagey vet trying to work up more sponsor money:D John has found the fountain of youth or better put middle age. Go old man and keep us oldsters energized.
