If you don't want to have to keep prepping the face everytime you ride, try using a different line once the rut forms. Sometimes rain helps to solidify a jump, sometimes it just washes the jump away....so you never really know. We drive our pickup trucks up and down the face of the jump and landing ramp to help pack it down. Be careful using boards as the jump face. When wood gets wet it gets VERY slippery! [/QUOTE]
