Me and my friends are goin to the drag races this weekend and i was wondering if i would keep up or beat 125's and 250's on my 03 kdx200 with fmf pipe ??

The 125 and 250 will take you off the line, but you may be able to reel in the 125. The 250 is gonna eat you alive. A 250 in good tune will run a mid 14sec quarter, if the guy riding it can launch it without to much wheelspin or fliping it over backwards! Hopefully none of your friends has a 450.

Note: My elevation is 5,000ft.

I dunno my 01 KDX 220R will out run a 03 KX250 off the line but he catches me in the last 2 gears but if you get a good enought head start you may be able to beat him.

I regularly beat an 04 YZ125 and quite often get it over the 00 YZ 250. I think it all comes down to your riding ability because a decent rider on a 250 should whip my KDX in most place except TIGHT stuff... Just my 2c.

My nephew has a RM 125 and I beat him in the first 100 feet or so and than he catches up quick, but this is a KDX 220.
