Cianciarulo is not yet fully healed from the knee injury he suffered earlier in the Supercross Championship. Savatgy missed most of the Supercross Championship with a knee injury, as well, as a member of the Rocky Mountain ATV/MC-KTM-WPS Team, which has since folded.
