First things first, check/service the top end. It's impossible to jet the bike correctly if compression is low. Leaking crank seals can cause excessive smoke as well. After these things are verfied, you'll need to work on the jetting. The correct oil ratio will NOT cause too much smoke, but an overly rich fuel/air mixture will.
