The bike handled very well and had pretty decent suspension. I did get better performance out of the back brake by manufacturing my own return spring for the lever. After I did that, the rear brake performance allowed me to brake slide better, but it chewed up pads pretty quick. My '84 KTM was VERY reliable. I never had any trouble out of that bike.
