How much more torque will the Kdx 220 have over my Ktm125exc?How much easier will it be to ride?How much more fun will it be to ride?Are they very dependable?Any more information will be helpful.Thanks for any help!

3 extra units of torque. Probably a lot easier to ride. Maybe not any more fun at all. I am sure that KTM is a blast too. VERY dependable. I love my 200 and my dad's 220 but in my opinion to make it a great bike it needs to be ported, piped, and prettied up. I have a feeling if you ride a stock 220 after your KTm you will be very disappointed. Ride one with some work done and you will love it.

Before I bought my '01 220, I had a Husaberg FE501, and before that a KTM 250EXC.

All I can say is that I'm impressed with the 220. I've added a FMF Torque pipe with the Turbine Core 2 silencer. Thats it. Oh, and Michelin S-12 tires.

I had mine dynoed and it was putting out exactly 3.79 more torques than the 125, and was 5.72 more units of poop in the britches fun than the 125. :confused:
