I have a cr250 1973.
I have just fully rebuilt it for vintage motorcross and everything seems to work great.
However when i went to ride it for the first time it would bogg down when i went to give it some and wouldn't band properley. It has a new Keihin PWM 38mm carby.iIt seems to idle ok. Ive tried bigger main jets and all that but all that does is run it to rich Im not sure but I think it the main jet needle. Can anyone help me out. :bang :bang:

Yes, you may need a new needle and pilot jet. Is the bike sputtering (rich) or bogging (lean).
Also, make sure that there aren't any air leaks.
