I've been to Kermit. Pretty fun dunes, good jumps. It is a long way, though. We stopped one year on the way back from New Mexico. We'll be going near there in two weeks, but I doubt we'll have time to stop. Stranger things have happened, though.
Never been to Kermit on a bike but drove a vibrator throught those dunes and several others out there. I will have to try it on a bike. Driving a 6x6 is not a challenge.
