KIPS system on KX100 vs. KDX KIPS

Why dont they make a KDX100, my wife would love it!!! But how close is the kx100 with KIPS for low end torque?
Does the KIPS system on the KDX works just as well on the KX100? Meaning can a KX100 be trail riden at low rpms like a KDX without fouling the plug or loading up?

I ride trails with my son, he has a KX100 its does great. I was worried as he switched from a TTR125 four stroke to KX100 but it has been great. His next move might be to a KDX as he already love riding mine some!
