Ivan I could add a possibility, if he was concerned about the safety of his brother et. I wouldn't want my 7 yr old brother on a bike with a top speed of 40 MPH. Other than those its not needed.Originally posted by Truespode
Speed is never an issue unless you are desert riding or drag racing.

Good point and I agree. However, that is where throttle stop and quality supervision is important. The gear shifter is also removeable.
