KLX 110 or DRZ 110 Question.

I took my son riding on his new 2004 KLX 110 today, but everytime he fell over even if it was just a tip over, when the bike would be on its side engine oil would start coming out somewhere.

Does anyone else have this problem ?

Does this engine have a vent that the oil can come out of when the bike is on its side ??????????

I dont think this is normal since no other bike I have ever had, had this problem........

Hey I had the same problem with my sons 2002 KLX110. If the bike was a little upside down on a hill.. just a little even it would pour out...thought we busted a case the 1st time I seen it.. but I assume its normal. We also had trouble if we went through water more than 1 inch deep... shew... I loved the bike except for those 2 things. Never figured out either problem. Sold the bike.

I heard about th water issue, someone said that was an electrical problem when it got wet.

I think I found on my sons the case vent hose may be the problem it vents the case but also lets oit run out when its sideways.
