The only way to find out for sure is to check your policy, or call the insurance company, as it differs from state to state. Also, some plans restrict DME coverage to a certain lifetime amount, or a much lower percentage paid, etc.
It is not uncommon (or at least it wasn't 4-5 years ago) for DME to be excluded from coverage, or only available as a rider, especially for HMO's in California (though that's pretty much been done away with). Even if it is covered reimbursement is often at a much lower percentage. Expect to pay upwards of 50%. In that case, you may opt for a set of Cells.
