When the teeth on your sprockets wear out, you need to change them for new ones.
Some people change the sprockets to another gearing (different amount of teeth) for a change in the way the bike performs.

Take the time to read the title of all the forums here and find the proper one to post this sort of question. But...before you do...go see if the bolts holding your rear sprocket on aren't loose and need to be tightened!
