Does anyone know of any good KTM dealers in midwest. I would like to have one within 3 or 4 hours of Cincinnati, but traveling for a good deal wouldn't hurt. Also one that would give me a good trade in deal for my CR125 would be nice.

They are in North Vernon, Indiana. Probably about a 1.5-2 hour drive for you. I've heard great things about their prices and service. They are sort of in the boonies but give them a call I'm sure they can give you good directions.
S&S Powersports in Clarksville, IN. is another KTM Dealer (Just accross the river from Lousiville, bout 90 mins from Cinci)

You could try Decker Cycles in Canfield OH. (Youngstown). If not try the KTM USA page. It list all the dealers by state with there web pages, and or phone numbers.
