I have an 03' 200SX and so does my buddy. One of our friends has an 03" 250Sx. My 2 friends have been talking about how their filter cages were all warped and nopt sealing well. I figured maybe it was the solvent they had been using to clean the cages or they were just over reacting. My friend with the 200 will ride his bike for an hour and clean it for 2, so he's very picky and thorough. Anyway, we were just looking at my cage and he couldn't believe it but mine was worse than his. What the hell causes this? It just a poor design? My buddy has since ordered one from a 450SX I believe. It's much beefier. He's going to need a 3 prong filter and to cut out the screen, but other than that it looks like a very good replacement. It's also cheaper than the 200SX cage. I think it retails for $10-11. Just curious if this is common and I've missed it. Anyway the 4 stroke cage is a good and cheap upgrade.
