KTM RFS rear tire question

I picked up a new rear tire yesterday and the dealer gave me the wrong size. It is a Michelin S12 140/80/18 and the stock tire is 130/80/18. Will the 140 still work? What difference will it make?

I should be just fine. The wider tire will not spin quite as much. If you are an MX rider you may want a smaller tire. In the desert I prefer a wider tire with less spin!

*I am assuming your last tire was an S-12 also.

Michelin S/M/H-12 tires use Euro tire sizes which are slightly different. I believe that you picked the right size. The Michelin Starcross tires have "true" sizing.
