Needle and Seat

Yeah, it sounds like the needle and seat is bad, I just replaced it on my yz80, it had the same problem. To test it take the carb off, drain the gas from it and take the float bowl off. Blow as hard as you can throgh the gas line that goes from the carb to the gas tank while holding the floats up with your finger. What this will tell you is if the needle valve is shutting off the gas or not. If you feel any air passing by the needle when you blow and are holding the floats up, it means that gas can get by the needle which will force the needle open and will not shut the gas off causing the float bowl to flood and make gas pour out the overflow line. The floats could also have gas in them, which would cause a similar problem, take the float of and skake it to see if there is any gas inside them, if there is gas inside replace the float. O yeah a needle and seat will cost $27.55 from bikebandit, good luck!
