S Scooterb Member Dec 9, 2007 21 0 Dec 8, 2008 #1 This is driving me crazy..my sons 2000 KX65 was leaking oil. I found the leak it was the outputshaft. I have replaced the seal and O-ring then after 1 ride it is leaking again. Any one know if this is a trait of this bike or did I miss something. Next step is Im going to replace the seal, sleeve, and double the o-ring. Any other ideas???

T txkawboy Member Nov 18, 2003 128 0 Dec 23, 2008 #2 KDX's and some KTm's will leak there, if the c-s sprocket is too thin (ie, cs sprocket must maintain pressure against sleeve, else fluid will seep past...).
